Today went pretty awful. I think it had to do with me getting my period. Ugh :-/ it could have been worse. Tomorrow is a new day I guess.
Breakfast- breakfast on the go (200)
Snack- medium Carmel coffee coolata
Snack- Carmel iced coffee with skim milk and 2 Splenda
Lunch- supreme pizza lean pocket
Snack- nutrigrain crunch bar (180)
Dinner- burger on a seeded bun with 1 slice American cheese, hummus, tomato and lettuce + maple baked beans
Snack- smoothie (banana, 1 cup almond milk with honey (50) walnuts and almond pack (100) and more honey)
Not terrible I guess...like I said it could have been worse. I really need to limit my snacking and stop craving coolatas! At least I passed on a free donut twice today.
