Today went well. I stuck pretty close to my goal from yesterday. I definitely ate a lot better then I have been lately.
Breakfast- smoothie with 1.5 bananas and 1 cup vanilla almond milk
Lunch- 2 pieces of whole wheat bread (110 calories) 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of Swiss, lettuce, tomato, mustard
Snack- baby carrots with hummus
Snack- plain iced coffee with half and half and agave nectar
Dinner- bagel (220 calories) with cream cheese and 2.5 slices bacon
Snack- 16 oz wawa Carmel iced latte
Snack- baja blast Mountain Dew (170)
This might not be the ideal healthy eating for some, but to me this is a great improvement. Tomorrow will be better and the day after that will be even better.
Breakfast- banana and peach smoothie
Lunch- sandwich on whole wheat with turkey, cucumber, hummus, lettuce, tomato
Snack- baby carrots
Dinner- burger with no bun, corn on the cob
I have lots of housework to do tomorrow so I should be pretty active and burning more calories then usual.
