Yesterday didn't end as well as I had hoped. I ended up having a late night homemade burger on a seeded bun.
Today has gone great I think. Much better then the past two!
Breakfast- banana with honey and breakfast to go (200)
Lunch- two slices while wheat bread (110) with two slices turkey, 1 slice Swiss, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, 2 slices bacon, mustard and a pickle
Snack- Dunkin donuts toasted almond iced coffee with milk and 2 Splenda
Dinner- Greek chicken salad from Perkins (iceberg, tomato, cucumber, grilled chicken, feta cheese, creamy balsamic)
Snack- 2 cups coffee with 1 tbsp almond joy creamer and 1 sugar each.
I might have a yogurt later and I'm sipping on a fruit punch Gatorade (45) right now.
But good news is that I got some sun today and (TMI) I pooped twice.
I went thrift shopping yesterday for an elliptical. They didn't have a good selection :( I'm just going to have to keep a look out on Craigslist and check back at impact every so often.
