Tomorrows plan:

Breakfast- banana with honey & breakfast on the go
Snack- iced coffee from Dunkin with skim milk and 2 Splenda
Lunch- sandwich on whole wheat with turkey, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and hummus
Snack- yogurt with almonds
Dinner- chicken tenders with fries
Snack- pineapple and tea

Hopefully I can stick to that. I think I might weigh myself in the morning. It might be a bad idea and make me sad, but it will be good to know.
