155.4 today! Yay! One pound lost from yesterday.
Today so far I have had:
Breakfast- banana with honey & breakfast on the go (200)
Snack- blueberry iced coffee with milk and 2 Splenda
My lunch order is on the way. I'm having the same salad as yesterday. Mixed greens with goat cheese, tomatoes, carrots, walnuts, and strawberries with house vinaigrette.
Plan for the rest of the day is lots of water and a turkey sandwich for dinner.
