Day 5 continued
So after my lunch I got a bag of baked chips. I had two cups of water after that.
On my way home from work I started to really crave a Carmel coffee coolata from Dunkin, so I stopped and got myself a medium. I think I was craving it because I got my period today :-/
So then I did some grocery shopping. I bought almond milk with honey which I can't wait to try!
I made myself a sandwich for dinner. 2 slices of whole wheat (110) with 2 pieces of turkey, 1 slice Swiss, 2 bacon strips, roasted red pepper hummus, greens, tomato, and cucumber.
I am pretty full and pretty tired so I'm heading to bed now! :)
